Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or transaction delays.

Platform-Specific Rules

Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 89000 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Any turnover requirements associated with bonuses must be fulfilled before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and typically range from a few minutes to three business days.
Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions and bonuses offered by 89000 are subject to their respective promotional terms and conditions. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the specified turnover requirements have been met. 89000 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
89000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, provision of false information during registration, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Limitation of Liability
The 89000 platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, 89000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software on the 89000 platform are our exclusive property and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 89000.
